A Marine is murdered in Washington and the NCIS team investigating finds evidence that links the man to Los Angeles. The NCIS Office of Special Projects is assigned to the case involving the dead Marine and Agent Gibbs and McGee travel form Washington to assist them in solving this murder of a marine.
